How can a 21 year-old guy with a full-time job get dates?

I am not in college because I work full-time already, so I have can't meet girls the way other guys my age can. I feel like I am at a disadvantage. What can I do?

Don't tell me to go to college. I know it is easy to say but that is not realistic for me.

Uhh that's an easy one. When you see a girl you like, approach her. Then get her number. Call her up one day and tell her to join you for lunch or something. Bam, you're getting dates. Just fit them in around your schedule when you're not busy.

Ok I will Tell you what to do. I am 21, I own a restaurant, and also go to school so my responsibilties are way up there. I pretty much work all day and then go out to clubs and bars with friends on Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun.

Good place to meet people are in college, a restaurant, 24 hour grocery store, clubs, bars, and Walmart. All at the times 10:30 PM, 12 AM, 2 AM.

maybe church if you are religious, bars if you like to drink and hang out, clubs if you are into dancing, depending on where you are there are lots of fun places to go meet ppl like dog parks if you have a dog, ppl talk to me all the time on the hike and bike trails in my city you could try that i dont think its strange. just remember you want a girl with similar interests right.......so go do things you are interested in and more than likely there will be girls there too

Or if your friends are all in school, you should do things on weekends that you like to do by yourself. go to public areas that peak your interest.
