I don't know. The only way to tell for sure is to weigh yourself. Do you own a scale?

Don't eat coleslaw, it's smothered with Mayonnaise which is extremely high in fat. Make sure you only eat 1 portion of chicken a day (either lunch or dinner, not both) no bigger than your fist - about 100g. Broccoli is good but you don't need to boil it. Just steam it in your microwave for 1-2 minutes. It's crunchy & delicious and has retained the vitamins that get lost when you boil it.

You should its healthy. I dont know about the coleslaw but chicken and broccoli is good as well as lettuce or salads. Drink plenty of water too! By the way lettuce goes right through you...and tuna helps too! You can try the tuna diet. Do a search for it cause I'm sure chicken broccoli and coleslaw will get on your nerves soon.

Depending on the amount of food and way the chicken was cooked, it could be high in calories. Also, coleslaw is actually loaded with calories, it's one of those food that seem healthy but aren't. Weight loss is all about portion control, but there are better foods to lose weight.

Diets like that usually work, unless you are like me and start out the week eating boiled chicken, broccoli, tuna and drink plenty of water... then go eat an entire pizza on Wednesday.

ok.....but you need to add some milk or yogurt or low fat cheese, as well as some grains!! (whole wheat is best)...this way you'll be healthy as well as losing weight. And, if I were you, I would consider cutting out the cole slaw, because it's fattening (unless somehow you discovered some good tasting low fat coleslaw).
