Dont overbook appointments!!

I hate when I come in for my 1 o clock appointment and theres someone in the chair that shes been working on for a while somebody else next in line then me AND the other person she also told to come in at one> Grrrrrrr

a longer counseltation about your new style/cut...
sometimes they dont seem to understand exactly what you want, so they dont give you exactly what you want. also, it would be good if they told you what they thought would look great on you, as far as your face shape and stuff, then the client told them what they wanted, and you both comprimise (only of course if the client agrees)

don't tell me "that'll look too choppy", becasue maybe I want choppy layers, and then wehen i tell you i want choppy layers....don't do my hair the way you want it anyways (not choppy).....
