Some women will test a man to see what he will do if she orders the most expensive meal on the menu. If you open your mouth to say anything, good or bad, there will be NO second date.
Or, it may be that she has always wanted to try that dish, but could never justify spending the money on it. However, if it's your money, then she can try it.
Whatever the reason, keep your mouth shut and pretend that it is not even worth noticing. If she asks, say that you didn't even think about the price because all you could think about was the beautiful woman sitting at the table with you.

It could mean a few different things...
She might actually like that dish a lot.
She doesn't plan on going out with you again so she's getting the most she can.
She's testing you to see if you'll say anything about it....if you do, she'll think you're cheap.
Personally, I never order anything expensive when I'm on a date. I think it's rude.

It isn't at all polite to order the most expensive dish on the menu. First dates are the time that you put your best foot forward. Why would she then do something impolite instead? If that is her best, then so sorry for you!

Either she doesnt care how much she costs you or she is unaware. I know on me and my boyfriends first date i was so nervous I just ordered the first thing that looked good. Turns out it was one of the most expensive things on the menu and NOT easy to eat without looking like an idiot... lol.

Did she know it was the most expensive, or did she just want
that cause she likes it. also ask her what she likes that is
cheep er on the menu. look at what is cheep er and say
that chicken looks real good, what do you think.. If go out
again and she always wants the most expensive, then just ask yourself do you really like her.

well since I am a women I will tell you what I think of her. Sounds like she dont care about no one except her self. She is not thinking that it took you a long time to make the money so you all could go out and have a nice time. She dont care about no one except her self.

twice - just another coincidence
thrice - there's something wrong with her...
But if you two are going dutch, why fear? as long as she has the capability and is going to upkeep her habits herself. Thats fine
