It has to be a candy/candies and NOT any type of chocolate (which would make it a whole lot easier! but she likes candy but doesn't care for chocolate). Obviously, I'm trying to think of something "cooler".....and not just a bunch of Mentos and Starbursts from the market.

They make some of the prettiest candy flower bouquets. The flowers are molded candy in all sorts of colors and flavors.

And one of the sweetest things I've seen are:

Think about what you want to say to her, find candy who's names can be used instead of words (for example SweetTarts can take the place of the word sweetheart) and a large poster board. Once you have a good idea of what you want to say and you've bought your candy write out your words then tape the candy up that's meant to take the place of a word.

For example:
Hey (SweetTarts),
You know how much I love your (Hershey's Kisses) and (Hershey's Hugs) when we're together. I love the way you make me (LaffyTaffy). I may be a real (Lemonheads) but I think you're the one for me.

*laughs* You get the idea.

If she's just a friend, then I'm gonna hafta say Swedish Fish because they're my favorite kind of candy and they're actually pretty rare. But if you like her and she doesn't like chocolate, you could always try those little candy hearts that have the little sayings on them like; I luv u and stuff.

i LOVE Swedish fish and sour patch kids.... i once had a boyfriend who filled a BRAND new fish tank.. (a 2 gallon one) with Swedish fish.. he also decorated a shoe box with tissue on the inside and made it look like a school on the outside.. and filled that with sour patch kids... find out what her favorite candy is and use you imagination! what i got wasn't expensive but i loved it because he did something with what i liked and used his brain instead of just going to the store and buying something good luck...

JELLY BELLIES! My personal favorite. I also like Aplets and Cotlets (http://www.aplets.com) though for some it's an acquired taste.
