Answer to first question, don't do drugs.
And the second, I believe it depends on the type of test they do. Heard that if they test the root of a hair it could detect back 6 months.

well try hollwood diet drink half the night befor the test drink the rest 1hour befor the ,.if can get lasex pill start taking them as soon as poss. the lasex are to flush out everything out 30day for weed to get out of your systum normaly good luck

The best way is don't use drugs.
I don't know about marijuana passing through the system. I've never used it. I've heard it takes weeks, though.
