he is saying he is going to make you "excited" somewhere by getting something wet

It means the same thing, like saying, I will get moon and stars
for you. In short, he will do anything for you. It's another way
of saying I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH. Just enjoy these
sweet nothings, guys say when they are in love - but if it
becomes unbearable then challenge him - tell him, do your
rain dance, I would like to see it rain. That will really bring him
down to earth. ENJOY.

Umm, from what I know is basically he is saying "i will throw up money on you, when you are dancing [like a stripper] lol? yeah good luck finding out a better answer though.

okay it is impossible for someone to make it rain. but if someone tells you that then i am guessing that he would do anything for you. he will make things happen even if they seem impossible. sorry i cant explain better. i hope you understand.
