I'm still over weight (150lbs, 5'3"), but I get weak/black out if I don't force myself to eat enough (it's not instant feedback, so I struggle to regulate it).
It's really hard to eat anything because food just doesn't taste/smell as good when you don't get hungry (this started after an operation; the surgen said it is normal -- and goes away after a month or so).
I need something that is easy because I work 10+ hours at a desk job everyday. Also things I could keep in front of my face would be good too, because I forget to eat if I don't set up ways to remind myself.

I really don't care about losing weight or anything...just trying to figure out how much food I need to keep gagging down daily so I don't feel weak/sick until i start feeling hungry again.
