I'm still over weight (150lbs, 5'3"), but I get weak/black out if I don't force myself to eat enough (it's not instant feedback, so I struggle to regulate it).
It's really hard to eat anything because food just doesn't taste/smell as good when you don't get hungry (this started after an operation; the surgen said it is normal -- and goes away after a month or so).
I need something that is easy because I work 10+ hours at a desk job everyday. Also things I could keep in front of my face would be good too, because I forget to eat if I don't set up ways to remind myself.

I really don't care about losing weight or anything...just trying to figure out how much food I need to keep gagging down daily so I don't feel weak/sick until i start feeling hungry again.

well, drink fruit juices and plenty of water at least u wuld avoid havin ulcer.

try snacking throughout the day so you are at least eating...but dont eat too much....because overeating is what adds to people gaining weight...also eating throught the day can also help you lose weight...whatever you do dont starve yourself because all you will do is gain weight we you do eat again...because then your body will store everything as fat...i know that you may not want to eat but try to eat...what really helps is if you eat 6 or 7 small well balanced meals a day...but until you could do that just eat healthy snacks throughout the day. like fruits, nuts, crackers, etc. things that are small but healthy.
