I'm 24 years old, 5'3, weigh 97lbs, size 0. I think of myself as too thin. I have issues finding jeans, skirts, shorts, etc., that fit correctly and usually have to spend a lot of money to have them altered to fit. Everyone always tells me I am TOO THIN and I agree. I have been working hard to put on weight. So I wouldn't think about going into the double digits unless you would people to think you're unhealthy looking...Save yourself from my hell.

My best friend is 25 years old, 5'3, she's about 105lbs and wears a size 2. I think she's the perfect weight for a girl who is 5'3. She looks good in everything and it seems like everyone agrees. She also models from time to time so at 5'3, 105lbs....you can call yourself thin! ;-)

My best friends sister is 27 years old, same height (5'3), but weighs about 115lbs maybe (guessing on her weight...may be a few pounds more) and a size 7/8(?). I know that her target weight is to be 108lbs (she talks about it all the time) and she thinks that her current weight is too much. I don't think she's "fat" but I don't think she's thin either.

Bottom line, being a 5'3 girl myself, I think that a great weight to maintain would be between 105-110lbs and you and others will be able to consider yourself a healthy, thin girl.

a good weight for me is about three pounds. that is, a three-pound tender bloody rare steak and a baked potato with cream cheese and real butter plus yeast rolls and a bucket of beer. otherwise, i will settle for about 104 juicy blow flies and a few crickets a day. i even eat crunchy beetles even roaches if i can find them.
