Use the "offset" command to offset both of your circles or arcs by 4.88. The intersection of these arcs will be the radius point of the arc on top.

To use match properties, I just type in "matchprop" and select the source object (the object that you want to match) and destination object (the object that you want to inherit the properties of the source object).

Do you know any Engineers who design manufacturing plants, homes, and other buildings? I worked for a company that used AUTOCAD (a very expensive program), and it's not that user friendly is it!! I had to learn a bit about it in order to print out some of the designs and blueprints like you want to do. You pay all that money and the instructions need improvement in consideration of how much you are paying for it! How about going to your nearest government property registry and licensing office for plants, buildings and homes. They should, hopefully, be able to give you a hand.

...sometimes matchprop doesn't catch the first object ...because i miss.
try clicking off to the right of it then move left over the object and click again... that should select it....
notice ... when you select the object your mouse pointer shows a different picture...
are you assuming it will do more than it can? It won't match the radius of another arc.
To see if it works draw 2 lines of different colors and use it to match the color of one to the other.

Draw the r1.25 and r1.5 as circles first. then using the circle command do a ttr (tangent, tangent, radius) picking both small circles first. that will give you a r4.88 circle. then simple use the trim command and trim out the access.

The match properties command is under the "modify" pull down menu. the second command down simply called "match properties"
