Take balanced diet. Eat a bit a bit and a bit. This will not make your weight increase. If you normally take 4 chappathi's then you take 2 first and take the remaining 2 later. This will not create any problem. Eat well and work well so the energy will be balanced. Don't forget to practise regular exercises. if you love to eat then try to eat six or seven small well balanced meals(including fruits and veggies) a day...since you are eat throughout the day you never go too long without eating...and since the meals are small you aren't overeating but you aren't starving either...plus it helps lot if you are trying to lose weight by keeping your metabolism constantly active...also dont forget to drink lost of water as this helps with weight control too.
