What does that mean??

If it helps she said it was probably caused by the shampoo I've been using?

I work in a salon and I have never heard this. I have been searching hair sites and they only info I can find is this: conditioner weighing down you hair can be referred to as drag because it drags the weight down.
Inexpensive conditioners contain wax which builds up on your hair. Every now & then use a clarifying shampoo to help lift it off.
Ask your stylist & let us know what she means by it.

Maybe she meant that it had product build up. If that's the case, just get some clarifying shampoo, or baby shampoo. I'm a stylist and I have never heard the term drag hair. Sounds like new lingo. Call her and ask her what she meant.

It may mean that is has a build up like wax or something like that. If you have had a lot of chemicals it may mean that it is hydralized which means that is is very elastic and this is very bad. I am a cosmetologist and I have never heard this term.
