I have problems with IE7

I scanned for viruses, spywares with McAfee 2007 and did not detect anything. I also run Windows defender...

My problem is that whenever I type a web address in IE browser, it says " This service is currently unavailable

Our team is working to restore service as quickly as possible.
Please try your request again later."

Do any of you are having the same problem ?

It happens to every website I type in IE... But if I go to Yahoo.com, it will go there, and then I would use Yahoo browser to browse. No error at all.

Does this happen for ALL web addresses, or just the link you posted? What page are you on to get this result?

I have tried I E7 twice; first time is when it first became available and I hated it, so uninstalled it and went back to IE 6. Several months ago I decided to try it once more and let it run a couple of days and uninstalled it again. I have been using Firefox about 2 years now and it is much safer and faster. I have had very good success with the Fox. I seldom use Explorer these day.

Maybe there's a problem with IEl. Try using another browser such as FireFox if you have one installed. You can even try AOL if you have that. Also try changing some of the connection settings in the IE setup.

I would back up my data to a CD/DVD disk.

Disconnect my system from the Internet.

Reboot with my WINDOWS installation disk. I would delete all partitions, create two new partitions one 20GB, Reformat that partition in NTFS, continue with the installation.

Then I would install the motherboard drivers and utilities from the motherboard CD, plus all other software and drivers. I would install the anti virus and firewall last.

Shut down system, reconnect Internet, boot up, then go to www.microsoft.com - update and let that site update my system!
