After a month staying here as a visitor I'm feelling that UK is the best place to study. You can find so many courses that suitable your needs. I tried to apply for a course at one of the University in UK. My question is can I convert my visitor visa to a student visa without go back to my home country in Malaysia. Is it possible to apply direct from Home Office in UK if I already get an unconditional offer letter from the University? Thank you so much for your help.

No. It is not possible to change one visa type for another like this. You must go back and reapply.
What you can do while you are there is to apply to any educational establishment that you choose, and get the credentials of them, needed for your visa application (receipt of the payment for studies, letter that they are taking you on as a student and so on.)

It is called switching the visa. It is not allowed. You will have to go back to your home country to re-apply for your student visa.
