With the orange shortage in North America I see oranges coming from China. But almost all of the oranges in China are injected with some sort of sugar or chemical to make them sweeter. I know for a fact that whatever it is injected with is not healthy and you can also see holes on the oranges. Does anyone have anymore information on how they do this and the chemical they use? I know about this because ive had oranges in China and many people tell me about this but I cannot find any information on this topic

I don't know what they are doing to their oranges in China but the United States Agriculture Department has pretty strict regulations and inspection of oranges imported into this country.
I would bet that very few oranges were coming in here from China or any other place that have been injected with any kind of chemicals.
