Okay...... umm alot of ppl were telling me that if one becomes anorexic that the body will store fat and slow motablism(sp).... but anyways what if I drink green tea and stuff that will SPEED my motabolism(sp) while one becomes anorexic? Or if one cuts down on eating ?....... and also if the body stores fat in this condition how do I get it to not store fat?

You said it best. ha ha ha. SPEED. just kidding. drugs are bad.

drinking cool water every half hour helps keeps the metabolism running, THAT, and eat all your calories first thing to get that fire really stoked up. Then If you are going to eat another 1000 calories throughout the day break it up into as many small meals as you can... and yeah, green tea helps but is probably the mildest metabolism enhancer used ever. Have you been to the weight-loss section in a drug store recently? Or are you going all natural...

There are no easy answers. you need to eat a well balanced diet and exercise to lose weight. Any magic cures will work in the short term, but you tend to gain back the weight and then some. Also, if you are still growing, then you can really mess up your body by not giving it the nutrients that it needs. Tea is not going to fix a metabolism that is slowed because your body thinks it's starving.

instead of cutting back on eating i i would recommend portion control...see if you eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones, it can help you maintain your weight and it healthier too...yes what you heard about the body storing fat when you're anorexic is true...though your body only stores it when you start eating again after a period of not eating...i would recommend not becoming anorexic at all...it is so unhealthy and serves no purpose other than making you unhealthy...so what you should start doing to lose weight is exercise regularly, drink plenty of water, eat 6 small well balanced meals(includes fruits and veggies), avoid junk food and foods with lots of trans fats and you should see results from doing those thing consistantly...its not easy but it is worth it if you can stay healthy while losing weight...remember who you are as a person matters more than what you look like on the outside...so don't starve yourself because in the end you are hurting more than helping yourself.

Well one might become anorexic, and one's body systems might shut down one by one, and one might die. Don't even think about it! If you want to diet, do it the right way. Don't risk that un-healthy behavior.
