wow i think thats impossible considering healthy weight drop is 1 to 2 pounds per week. Unless its a fad diet i dont think there is a very good response for this. My boyfriend did try a fruit diet for one week and he lost 8 pounds with heavy lifting and running exercising.

As stated by some of the others, healthy weight loss is considered to be 1-2 pounds per week. If you are thinking of trying the Hollywood 48 Hour Celebrity Diet which you could lose up to 10 pounds in 48 hours, it isn't really 'real' weight you lose. That is basically a fad diet that all you do is fast by drinking the solution in the bottle which is made up of pureed fruits/vegetables and mixing it with water and only sipping on that for the 48 hours. I wouldn't suggest doing it if you see it in the stores, because it can really make you feel sick to your stomach- you body needs 'real' food. Plus, you start gaining some of the weight back when you start eating again- it is only a temporary loss and not worth your trouble.
Why not try something else like going shopping for a new outfit in a different style that would cause a illusional/slimming effect for you? Take a friend with you when you go shopping for a second opinion or ask one of the people in the store you go shopping at for a second opinion. Black is a slimming color or try another solid color. Try a fitted button down blouse over a pair of the new jeans that are out by Lee (you can find them at Walmart- I can't remember the exact style name of the jeans but they are designed to make you look thinner)

I can't really tell that you will lose 10 pounds in a weeks but just follow this simple steps to lose weight
Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

The only way you'll lose 10 pounds in a week is by dehydrating and starving yourself. That'll likely lead to permanent damage to your heart and other organs. Don't try to push it - exercise and eat less, and work your way down at a pound a week or slower.

i don't think its possible maybe if you eat nothing and drink nothing and exercise the whole day for 7days then maybe it will work. losing weight that fast will damage your heart. the allowable weight loss in a week is only 2 pounds beyond that its dangerous. and if you lose weight thatn fast it'll go back faster than you lose it

its not possible to lose 10 lb in one week. This amount it takes a month of hard work exercise + diet.

I don't know if you can do this in one week, but eating three servings of yogurt then excercising works. Its proven that people who eat three servings of yogurt a day helps you lose more weight than people who don't at all. I read this in a magazine.

Datz impossible.But u can try running,excercise n very low cal food.But buddt try 4 more than a week.
