I don't like go to yoga classes cuz it can get pretty crowded, but if I practice at home I can't manage to pull through even one hour...It's just a bit boring...

How do you do it? Any advice?

Oh and how often should we practice yoga? Is once a week enough?

I like to mix one or two yoga classes into my week of running and pilates. I prefer, as time permits, going to a class. I like the community of health and fitness oriented folks and seeing people that I do not work with. There are so many types of classes to try and techniques to be learned it is best to have a trained professional to guide you. Try a Power yoga class or Bikram where the class is heated to 104 degrees. Check out yoga studios in your area. You won't be bored and you mind will be only on the practice and not on the endless lists of chores we all have to do.

I prefer classes because I need the direction of what move to go to next and also the social aspects. Maybe find a class that's less crowded. I do once a week, but feel I would get more out of it by doing it more. Its so relaxing.
