Ok, so there is this shy guy that likes me and I like him back. We always say hi and talk a lil bit, but he's so shy and so am I to make a move. Any advises what should I do?

Read together at a library table and play footsy with him. Don't have to say a thing. An occasional look over the glasses, or imaginary glasses, will do. Now, you can still be shy and in 2 weeks I'll be answering his question on what to do in this group.
Don't worry, I'll do you fine in his eyes. In the mean time, he'll keep asking you to the library.

have a mutual friend ask him to a place that you hang out or set you up on a blind date with him,drop him a note include your phone number or e-mail addy.
find out his birthday and get him a card, ask him to lunch or out for a beverage
just dont wait too long or someone else will snap him up
