I am opening a hot dog restaurant and wanted to know what you would want on your hot dog if you could put anything on it you wanted. I also have brats, soy dogs and turkey dogs. I have a long list of toppings but want to make sure I didn't miss anything. PLEASE...don't send me unrelated answers. Thanks for your help. :)

the best hot dog topping I ever had was the Hot dog cart red onion sauce. I know it has ketchup white onions thinly sliced, pickle juice. But a company called saberrete sells it

When I was in Colombia, they had some street vendors on Sundays. They commonly made hot dogs with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, onions, and a pineapple sauce. It was VERY good!
