V6 2006 Hyundai Sonata VS 4 cylinder (stock) Nissan Altima?

Nissan-151 Hp-3200 Lb (excellent condition)

Both automatic, can you tell me by the info which one will win?
1. 0-60 mph
2. quarter mile

That must be an older Altima, the 2002+ model 4's had 175 HP as far as I know. However, even with 175HP its not enough to beat the Sonata in a flat out race, though the Altima may do better on a track with its cornering ability.
