There is no way that water can make you "fat". A good majority of your weight and what you body consists of is water. You may feel bloated after drinking a lot of water, but again, this will not make you fat. (Water has absolutely NO fat in it)

Water does not make you fat, but it can initially appear that way. If you have not previously been drinking enough water, you can have some temporary water retention, weight gain, and bloating- until your bladder, etc... adjusts. After that, with proper diet and exercise, you should see just the opposite happening. Water will help the digestive, cleansing, refreshing process.

The potion for losing that excess body fat is all around you. It covers two thirds of the planet. If you eat right and exercise at the intensity, frequency and duration proper for you, but still can't get rid of a little paunch here and there, you're probably just not drinking enough water.

No definitely water does not make you fat. It has 0 calories but helps every function of your body since it is made up of around 70% water and needs it to function properly.

Absolutely not! The only thing your body takes from water is oxygen, which is good for your body because it keeps all your cells healthy and keeps you hydrated. Realize that almost everyone on this planet drinks water every day, and they are NOT fat!

No, water does not make you fat. However, some things we eat can cause our bodies to retain water weight for a few days, such as sauerkraut or anything that has alot of salt/sodium in it.

Not fat in the sense of gaining 10 dress sizes, but it will add lbs on the scale before your kidneys filter it back out. 60% of your body's weight is water.

Absolutely not! It helps you stay skinny. What happens is that approxinmately 3/4 of Americans are chronically dehydrated, which mains they will retain a little bit of water, cusing them to bloat and appear a bit bigger. If you drink enough water, though, you DO NOT RETAIN IT!!!! DRINK WATER FREELY!!! It is one of the most important things for you.

No, never. Rather a lot of water will keep your weight in control. Before a meal take half liter water & you will start loosing weight & visible result will come in 20 days. It applies with all meals. Take water halfway your meal, your weight will remain same. Don't take water one hour before to one hour after your meals you will start gainning weight very fast.
