you can't just STOP loving someone. can't force that. you can't change what your heart feels. i believe once you have loved someone you will Always Have that love for them. and man, that is harsh to say that they do not Deserve to be loved by you or Any other human.... man what happened sensing a little hostitlity there... well whatever happened it sounds like someone broke your heart.. and i know it hurts like hell whatever they did.. but you just have to get over them and find someone else.. and let them live their life.. because they are the ones who have to live with their mistake. it's not your decision if no one else can love them. you obviously love them and hate them at the same time.. that's completely normal and understandable. just wait it out and things will get better.. don't be so concerned and enthralled by Them. focus on you. forget about them.. and sorry they hurt you.

The easiest way is to stop going near them,get an interest or hobby to keep you busy or hang out with the next person that makes you happy or fun.It takes time but move on if they dont deserve you.

think of all the bad things theyve done, the things you didnt like about them, try to find someone else, go on vacation do something crazy
