Call her...she gave you the number for a reason use it. It might be a little weird at first, but if you can talk on YM...talk on the phone. She should like the fact that u are taking the incentive.

Call her. After all if the conversation is good your fingers would get tired after doing all that typing. So call her. I think the conversation is better when you talk to each other instead of typing back in forth. Go ahead give it a shot, it just might work for you and there might be some things you both have in common!

She gave you her number because she wants to talk, to hear your voice and your mannerism over the phone ...talking with an IM is very different then on the phone as you well know.. Call her soon or she may think you don't really care ..
