What you eat for breakfast is excellent! Nice and healthy. If you learnt to eat that amount in hospital then you shouldn't worry, they are looking out for your health. Take care.

Eating more at breakfast is completely normal. You haven't had any fuel (calories) going into your body for 5-8 hours, so it want to start the day off right. Also, you burn calories at a higher rate when you are awake, so having the most calories at breakfast gives you the most high-calorie-burn time to burn it all off. 6 times a day is spot on. If you can adhere to that, you are doing well. The most important way to judge how you are doing is to ask yourself,"self, how do I feel?" If your energy level is good, and you can make it through the day with enough energy for end of day activities, you are doing great. Keep up the good work!

You are not eating too much and you ARE eating a good, sustaining breakfast.

Keep eating like you are for a healthy body & sound mind, don't worry what others eat!!

If you ate like me I would hate to see the outcome lol!
