I know this isn't too much detail, but here it is anyways. I was being a gentleman. I was standing right by the door and holding the door for the ladies. They didn't even know me and said thank you. And this girl I like comes by me and she knows me. And I hold the door open for her and she just looks at me and didn't say thank you. Is that a good sign or bad sign?

First, If you hold the door open for everyone, then no lady will feel particularly special if you hold the door open for her. Its good to do it, but maybe not tooo much. And all the better if you do it mostly for people you know and/or people who you will soon strike a conversation with (meet or see again).
Second, the girl may have simply been thinking. She may have been wondering if you had been opening the door for everyone or just her. She may have also expected you to strike up a conversation with her since you know her and juz opened the door for her.
It all depends on the look on her face. She may have been curious, she may have been seeing if you were going to strike up conversation, she may have just been thinking about what you were doing. For all i know it could have been the first time someone opened the door for her.
Whatever the case, Her looking at you is not enough to conclude that she likes you.
And you will never receive a bad sign from a girl after holding the door open for her. Unless she has mental problems.

You just held the door open for a lady. For all she knows that is your wife.
She may think you are being just tooo nice opening the door for the ladies.
She might like opening the door for herself.
