Canned tuna is the best with a little bit of mayo, chopped boiled egg, cracked black pepper, finely minced onion, and about a third of amount of honey or regular mustard that you used for mayo. Sometimes in addition to these, I put a pinch of regular curry powder.. I make it ahead of time and let it sit in the fridge about an hour..the flavors sit together and really come out.

The works, especially the celery because I like the little crunch that the celery provides. Plain old tuna is just plain.

I like mine with shredded carrots, chopped celery, eggs, pickle juice, and mayo. I usually put a slice of cheese on top, wrap my sandwich with foil and toast it in the oven for a few mins.

I like the works and I put lemon juice and chopped Granny Smith apple too. The apple makes the tuna not taste so fishy and gives it a great flavor.

I add a small amount of mayo (don't like it to be a tuna-flavored mayo sandwich), dill relish, dill seasoning, pepper, and some garlic seasoning. I also grill it like a grilled-cheese sandwich on wheat bread or eat it with low-sodium Triscuit crackers.
