I want to get shiny smooth hair but I just cant get it that way. I use to use a leave in conditioner but it was too thick and sticky and made my hair greasey after a day, plus I also heard that over conditioning ur hair can make it look like u have lots of split ends. I wash my hair every other day so as to not dry it out. I only flat iron my hair once every two months, if that. My hair used to be very curly but as I have gotten older my hair has become wavy. What can I do to get some healthy looking hair?

Hi lately ive tried fructis by garnier green bottle for atleast 3 months straight and it gave me natural shine and smoothness feeling sazzy and im mixed race so i look for rather natural products for my hair and that so does it for me yup i like going to places like wildberries or coop or trader joes and going to sections were u could fill up ur own choice off product and i usually mix alittle like with some shea butter oil lightly even olive oil in hair is great i also like black soap well there is many things out there but the best are the natural ones they give life its beautiful once i learned that chemical products scared me or any such immitations a cheap product is not worth the damage to our hair specially if we are naturally dark with curly hair we much show an example handle it right and look like goddess yup k i hope u like my reply take care peace and love by Ivy.

Well unfortunately no conditioner or spray will make your hair straight. The only options is to go and have a chemical relaxer put on it, yes it can be somewhat damaging to your hair depending on what condition your hair is in now, if you have had any previous chemicals that have not been cut out. The best way I have found it to use a straightening iron called a CHI you can buy products from the CHI line to put on your hair before straightening it and it will not damage your hair. I have seen people with the thickest, most unmanageable hair with beautiful, straight healthy looking hair after using the CHI, and once you get used to using it, it will take you no time in the morning to do it.
