well I'm asking because my skin tone is a bit yellowish but my ear is light pink.

I have never seen a mismatch and I've been around a long time.

ye sure my ears are BLUE! :O. NO! sherlock! unless the person has got some sort of skin condition or somthing else similar that might influence the colour then then colour will match the face!
