i can find the literal translation, but I don't know what it means. its spanish, and it is written on a sword i bought.

It would be "Brandish/Hold me with bravery" or "Brandish me with courage," with 'me' meaning the sword obviously. It's actually a very nice inscription for a sword! It just means that the holder of the sword should demonstrate courage when going to battle.

wield me with valor or courage,
it would be a legend written on the sword to give courage to the warrior that uses it in battle, or else something that sounds good to the person buying the sword.
