Here's a good tips
Exersice regularly ( play sports)
Do not skip your meals, eat 3 times per day
Eat more food that have calories and protein like eggs, potato and meat.
Drink more water always keep yourself dehydrate.

Do you want to gain weight, or just fatness? Cause if you want to gain weight, eat a lot and also start lifting weights hardcore. If you want to get fat, it helps to eat lots of oily fatty foods before you sleep, and then eat in your sleep and eat during all your daily routines, which should just be watching tv- dont change the channel too much or you will burn some calories.

The key is to gain muscle mass and eat healthy. Be sure you have vitamins and iron in your diet, while drinking adequate healthy fluids.

High metabolism is very high in people who are anemic, like me. Check with your health practitioner for gaining a healthy weight because of your high metabolism.

Go see a doctor about gaining weight if you are having trouble. He will help you and tell you what you can do about your metabolism and what kind of foods you can eat or pills you can take in order to safely gain weight

Try eating lots of carbs and protein--even lifting weights can help bulk up the muscle for added fullness. Eat potatoes, meats, noodles of all sorts. Eating healthy is always the best thing to do in any situation.

junk food is only part of the equation, the key to gaining bad weight, or as you put it, getting fat, is lack of calorie burning activities....therefore, eat high calorie food and dont burn those calories, you must take in more than you burn...high cals + little activity

The way I gained weight was by having kids....LOL. But seriously though, you can go to a store like GNC (usually in the mall). They have all kinds of products for weight gain. Hope this helps.

Sit around, don't exercise, drink plenty of soda and eat plenty of margarine tubs.

Are you nuts? People are packing on pounds in the US like they're storing something precious in those saddlebags, but it is killing people! Don't get fat, gain muscle!!!
