What is the order that it burns: fat, carbohydrates, and protein? Also, are certain types of calories more efficient at providing energy? (fat calories, sugar...)

The body burns protein, carbs , & last fat. Carbs provide the most efficient source of continuos energy , sugar gives quick energy, but it's short in duration & leaves you more tired than before you consumed them.
