Well, a lot depends on how much weight you want to lose. You may need to lose 50 pounds to see drastic changes

wow, I'm so glad to see someone FINALLY losing weight the healthy way! Congratulations on the weight loss so far. I really can't tell when you will start seeing major results as I don't know how your body is right now. Honestly though, it may be hard for you to tell because you see yourself everyday! My favorite method of being able to tell differences in my body is to take weekly progress pictures. I also can tell by the way my clothes fit. Just remember to keep your body guessing and don't undereat!

Depending on your weight, BMI, type of work outs you are doing, fluid content you keep in your body, and eating habits, pounds will shed in different ways. It does take a long time to lose a lot of weight if that is what you are aiming for. But keep up the good work, and you might want to look into getting a physical trainer/dietian based on how much weight you are planning to lose. Good luck!

This kind of goes by the amount of weight you have to lose, but just a simple rule of thumb with weight loss is that every 10 pounds lost is equal to one dress size.

Well, I have the same problem. I gained 50 pounds in 3 years from not eating properly(eating what I want, when I want) not eating enough vegetables, fruits, fibers and too much meat, lack of exercise(walking or working). I move as much as I can, eat healthy and drink plenty of water. My goal is to loose 1 pound a week. It took me 3 years to gain 50 pounds so I'm working on losing it healthy and safely. I making this a lifestyle not just losing weight. I'm going to keep it from coming back so I have to be aware what goes in my body and exercise to keep it tone. Move it to lose it(smile). I hope this information helped you. Bye

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

well you will never see results if you constantly look at yourself in the mirror. look at yourself in the mirror every 2 weeks and you will notice changes. you will never notice a mjor change if you keep looking at yourself. its also better to wait for your mental state. if you doo not see any gains you will think nothing is working but in reality your just used to seeing your body like that. trust me don't look in the mirror for 2 weeks and you will see results, just keep doing what your doing reat job.
