For me I have to show it because I was raised that actions speak louder then words & i have trust issues & never learned to open up. I'll send a friend flowers just because I'll drive 3 hours to sit in a ER waiting room with her just because let alone take a day off if she needs to get out & talk or whatever. I may not be able to come out & say it but I've never heard anyone say that they didnt see it when I loved someone. Some people still need to hear it which I will always fail at but I am trying but some people especially men can just say it like water & not mean it either. We all know someone who had sex with someone that said they loved them then stopped talking to them or who during sex had to be asked to say it & then only said it again because they were having or about to have sex... Its nice when you get balance between both but if I had to choose I'd rather see it in actions then hear it because these days its very easy especially for men to just say it & not mean it the way it should or once meant.. I knew a guy who knew a woman 5 minutes started saying he loved her & even got her in bed that same night but when we asked her name he couldnt even remeber it & they were suppose to be together & literally just walked outside a few minutes after having sex. For me there's nothing I wouldnt do.... Its hard for me though because again some women have been so hurt that even they cant see whats in front of them without hearing it too & they rarely will believe it even then. Sort of the whole too good to be true thing. Thats someone who's been hurt....

any one of those would likely scare off someone, unless they are feeling the same way.
Best bet is to get some inside information - have someone else find out if he's interested.

I like talking to you (or hanging out)....... a few ideas ..use a few together... you do not need to say I like you or love you or anything like that at this point ..you just want him to know you are groovin on him ..yes?
