tee hee...i put it on occassionally, but only a tad bit and on the tips..or ends...of my hair. Just put a little bit of lotion onto about 3 tips of your fingers and rub it in a little then gently rub it into the ends of your hair...put more onto the tips of your fingers as needed per how much hair you have....i would say to do this process about 2 times a month for 6 months, mostly during the winter months or dry months, depending on your climate or area you live in.
DO NOT put the lotion through your ENTIRE hair.
If you need a deep condition, get one done for around $20 at your local salon and then follow up with the lotion touch ups.

i wouldn't suggest doing that...there are so many wonderful hair products out there to try other than lotion. even though i'm not sure what you are talking about with the lotion..stop in at a salon near you and i'm sure they'd be more than happy to help in y our hair care needs.

Lotion is designed for your body. The best product for your hair are the ones specifically designed for hair.
There are plenty of options you have to fix your hair. You can use hot oil treatments, leave-in conditioners, hair masks, relaxers, hair growth vitamins, and finishes like spray and serum for your hair.
It's important to note that you should try to use the products in the same line. If you get Pantene Full and Thick shampoo, you should get Pantene Full and Thick conditioner, hair spray, gel, etc.
For you, I would recommend a serum. Paul Mitchell has this great serum called Super Skinny Serum that you might like to try.

No, don't put lotion in your hair! Get a deep condition instead. Go to any drugstore or department store and look in the hair section and you will find a lot of options. I recommend any Pantene conditioning products. They work great!

i dont know if it works with all hair, but when i'm travelling (one thing i always forget to pack) i use lotion, it has a lot of the same vitamins as hair grease, so it keeps my hair moist.

I've never heard of his...i would think that would make your hair really greasy. if its just frizz you're having a problem with, there are plenty of products that are made for hair, rather than using lotion. frizz ease?
