if i have yogurt for breakfast, how do i balance my meal?

topp your yogurt with granola(including nuts), and fresh berries. You get the protien in the nut, dairy in the yogurt, grain in the oats, and fruit with the berries.

Fruit in or with the Yogurt and cereal in the yogurt. Also you could have a piece of fruit and and egg with toast.

You can make a smoothie of yogurt and fruit too.

You can eat yogurt anytime of the day without adjusting your normal meal.

I tried eating yogurt with a cup of capuccino!

i have yoguhurt for breakfast too.. i usually get the plain low fat yogurt, then add some berries(a few blueberries,strawberries) and i add some cheerios and a few pine nuts.. its delishous and right at the start of your morning you'll feel great...

you can balance your meal with a piece of toast with butter or just a glass of milk if your the one that always seems to be in a rush to work/school

Well, you took care of calcium and protein. Next, I would add something with fiber and something with some carbs. How about apples...or wheat toast.
