This question was asked before and there are quite a few on this world cup team that will return again. Italy also has a great U-21 program and has had one for years, I believe they have done quite well against other U-21 teams. It's no surprise that every other WC we are in the top 3 and have 4 stars on the jersey.
If you have to grasp at straws like so many other Italian detractors by going on about what will happen 4 years from now, go ahead. We are better positioned than the French, now and in the future, that lost to Scotland a little while ago.

Dont see any. They all dive like the senior squad probably. Go Bayern Munich! they can knock Manchester United out while they are their best right now. Maybe revenge for the 1999 final. I am pretty sre Oliver Kahn wants to get his hands on fergie. Yeah and I also heard that Italy has the biggest gay population in the world. I wonder if some of their players are gay, Cannavaro probably is. Yeah those guys aren't really young anymore, Gilardino is 24, well guess what Theo Walcott is 17 and Aaron Lennon is 19, lets not forget the new Chelsea player Michael Woods, he is only 16 years old and has represented the Chelsea first team on a couple of occasions and will probably be in the first team by 08/2009.

What young players do Italy have? Do you even know what you are talking about? This "so called New Italian Generation" has practically dominated European U-21 football.
You haven't heard of Gilardino? He was the player who helped Italy achieve their WC victory over which your obviously still worked up over.
