Ok here is the scoop. My wife and i hav been married for a few months now and when we got married she had a dog and so did I. Well both are dogs are around the same age and they are both male. Well the wifes dog keeps trying to hump mine and i call it gay but she claims that all dogs do this when they are bored. Can anyone please tell me why her dog keeps trying to get its freak on with my dog? Also just a side note... My dog is not a peter puffer cause he does not enjoy it. well it seems he doesnt enjoy it...

Even both are males it has nothing to do with sexuality. They are showing dominance over the other. To at least slow it down you or your wife needs to be the alpha leader of the pack and put a stop to the behavior when ever it starts, At our house the dogs know I am the pack leader.when one of the dogs step out of line I will snap my finger that is our signal for our dogs to stop what ever they are doing that we don't like. I would snap finger then pull him off the other dog and firmly plan him on the floor telling him no unil he would repond to the snap. I never snap twice.. If no response I go to them and physically separately them firmly with one firm no. Repeat that until you get them to respond to you. I only took a day to get my dogs to respond.but they already knew when I said no I meant no.

It's a dominance thing, females do it as well. They are trying to establish dominance over the other dog.
Get a spray bottle of water, and squirt the dog in the face, while saying NO.
