There is no way to find out. Unless he tells you he still is.

in what aspect are you trying to know?
basically anybody is a virgin when dealing with a situation for the first time, specifically, we are all assuming that you mean virgin in sex? okey let me see..a guy is a virgin in sex if he doesn't know how it feels like to be inside a woman, literally..but mentally he might be reading stuff about it so he knows exactly where to go, he is considered a virgin, turn it around and he is still a virgin if he knows how it feels like and yet he stops right there, period..meaning he lacks knowledge on how to maintain the feeling of mutual understanding.. get it? virginity often is mistaken with sexual behaviors but being a virgin is not a hindrance when you both feel you are in love, normally you are both in 7th heaven, nature kicks right in, called in or not..

Honestly, there is no sure fire way to tell if a guy is still a virgin.

You can take his word for it, but to be quite frank with you, I wouldn't. Although, I suppose it all depends on the kind of man he is.

How old is he? Have you dated him? Are you intending to marry him and are one of those people who does not believe in sex before marriage?

If the scenario is this: He's asking you to sleep with him, and you're nervous because YOU'RE a virgin, and he's telling you not to worry because HE is one, too... I would definitely tell you not to believe a word he says.

You cannot really tell, sorry.

I think that if he has not hit puberty yet, he is probably still a virgin.

Ask him if he wants a full body waxing? If he says no, he's not a virgin.

Ask him , there is no way to know for sure except perhaps his detailed knowlege of the act.

The only way to be sure is to ask him. There's not any physical changes once you've had sex, unless you've contracted STDs!
