Im sure you know where the video is on your computer right?
Keeping that in mind, hook up your camera to your computer and head to "my computer". Hopefully you will see your camera as an external "drive". Right click and choose "explore" and find out what folder your camera puts its videos on. All you have to do is copy and paste the video in the camera folder.

I've done this several times with my camera.

Hook up your camera to the computer (like you were going to transfer pics to the computer). Or take the memory card out and put it into the computer's card reader.

Then launch Windows Explorer and use Copy/Paste to copy the video back to the card/camera.

Two requirements:

. You must put it back into the same folder your camera uses. If you put it somewhere else on the card, the camera will not find it.

. You must use a file name in the same format the camera uses. If it is still the same name the camera used, no problem.

But if you Renamed it to something else, the camera will not recognize it and you will have to Rename it back to something in the same format the camera uses.

Good Luck

(1) Connect your camera (via USB) to your computer.
(2) Locate the video file that you want to transfer from your computer to your camera.
(3) Click on My Computer, and identify your camera (as a USB drive).
(4) Copy the video file and paste it on your camera.
