I'd either remove Cycle or add something after Manmade.

Like: Global Warming: Manmade Disaster or Natural Cycle?
Other words to replace disaster: occurence, problem, event, catastrophe. (of those, occurence or event sound the most neutral, which may or may not be a good thing, depending on what the paper is for and what position you are taking.)

Or: Global Warming: Manmade or Natural?

Manmade is an adjective, so is natural. You mention the noun that natural is describing (cycle) but not what manmade is describing. Two adjectives or two adjectives with one noun each sounds better than one adjective and an adjective and a noun.
