You look much better with the darker hair, if you like the blonde look, add a few highlights,, but NOT around your face, you need the color around your face or you will look washed out.

I think you look better with darker hair, maybe you should try a dark base with blonde or light brown highlights.

I think that you look good blonde but you look better with the darker hair color.
