The #1 reason for headaches/migranes is dehydration. You can get dehydrated over time if all youve had to drink is pop/soda (whatever you call it where you are) or coffee, anything with too much caffiene. Drink a couple of glasses of water if it dosent get better in 30 minutes try a pain releiver.

There's lots of possible answers. Here's some questions that might help answer your question: Are you stressed out right now? Have you had your eyes checked out lately? Are you drinking enough water (believe it or not, dehydration is a big source of headaches.) Do you have allergies? It's not too uncommon to have a headache once in a while, but if it continues to be a problem, then you need to talk with your doctor. In the meanwhile, take two Tylenol and try to relax for a little while and see if that helps. Good luck!

A lot of factors can cause headaches. Stress, eyestrain or poor eyesight that has not been corrected, allergies to foods or scents, poor posture, changes in barometric pressure, a tendancy to get migraines, loud noise, or illness (even just a stuffy nose) can all contribute to headaches. Some people even get headaches when they exercise. If the headache was a one time occurance, I wouldn't worry about it. If headaches are common for you, it will take time to determine what your triggers are. The first step is to determine the type of headache. Where is the pain located (face, forehead, all over, one side, etc) how bad is it (on a scale of mild to blinding), and what does it feel like (pressure or tightness, stabbing pain, throbbing, dull ache)? If you tend to get a certain type of headache, talk to your doctor to help narrow down the cause and prevent the headaches from happening.

I have that problem alot too, you're not alone, lol. :) For me, it usually has to do with sinuses. Do you have a history of sinus troubles? Also, where do you get the headache? If it's in the front of your head, in your forehead and such, you might have a sinus infection of sorts. A doctor could prescribe an antibiotic if that's the case. Other than that, maybe you've just got a head cold or something. Hope you feel better. :)

You might need glasses, or it's possible that you may have a sinus infection. Also, not drinking enough water can cause headaches. I'd try increasing your water consumption, and if that doesn't work see your GP to rule out a sinus infection or something else, and then go to an ophthalmologist and have your eyes checked. Good Luck!

It could be an indication that your carbon-monoxide levels in your home are too high. Are others in your home suffering too? Do you have a CO detector in your home? If so...is it working? Just a thought but worth checking out.

It could be stress, allergies or a migraine. If it continues for more then a day you should get in to see a Doctor. If you get them frequently you should consider getting checked over.
