I think you mean:

"Hola, ¿qué tal, mi paisana?"

Or roughly in English:

"Hey, how's it going, girlfriend?"

"Paisana" is literally "fellow countrywoman" but here I think they're just using it as a general nickname. It's a cognate to the Italian word "paesano/paesana" that more people are familiar with.

The right spelling should be
Hola, que tal mi piscina?
Hello! Do you like my swimmingpool

The Spanish is not good/clear.., what I interpret is the following "Hello, How're you? I hope that you,my friend, are OK. Call me!" This in Spanish would be "Hola! Que tal? Espero mi amiga que estes bien. Llamame!"

i am not sure you got mi pisana right. i wonder if you meant to say mi paisana?
in the case:
hello how are you my co-patriot (i am not sure i got the right english word for paisana)

paisana comes from pais (country) paisana (f) or paisano (m) is someone who is from the same country as you are.

it is just a way of saying homie or something like that

I think you probably meant paisana ... which as prev mentioned means "fellow countryman" ... in essence, the sentence really just means "Hey, what's up?"
