I stretch slowly and carefully before and after lifting weights but it still hurts the next day every time. i've been working out 3 times a week (more or less) since January. I also do yoga on some of the in between days which helps. I don't really feel like i'm working too hard (last time i was kinda lazy and it still hurt).

I've also been exhausted all this past month.

Your muscles hurt the next day because you are actually tearing the muscle tissue when you lift weights. The pain you're feeling the next day are those tiny tears. Your body is trying to heal. In order for your muscles to grow you must feel the pain. Drink lots of water and stretch everyday and also eat lots of protein. So the pain you are probably feeling is normal. If it is severe pain then stop and see a doctor. You might have injured your self.

You may have started out doing too much. Try to reduce the weight, of course not knowing what type of pain you're feeling there is no real way to make a suggestion. If it feels like you've strained something or it's your joints lay off for a little bit and try working out with weights twice a week. Since you're also doing yoga your not really giving your body a rest between routines.

You have exhausted your muscles protein supply, you need to take protein and amino acids for your body to feed the muscles that you have worked on, GNC offers some of the best products out there, make sure your diet is at least 6 small meals a day and drink plenty of water, bottled, not tap.
On the other hand, if you feel exhausted, then have a check up, you may have a vitamin deficiency or something.

You sound like someone learning to play the flute! They started in January this year and are complaining in March because they still can not play one tenth of the scales!

I practice three times a week, for a few minutes, sometimes even on Saturday and m a y b e on a Sunday, but my playing still doesn't sound beautiful!

I'm so disappointed; I don't think I will ever learn! What should I do? Some one please help me!

Add another half hour to the practice time, six days a week, call me in a year and let’s go over your playing!

Yes you have overdone it! You should make sure and alternate parts of your body upper/ lower and give each part a day to rest before working it again-
