This is a new guy? Not the ex you asked about in a previous question? WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING AT ME ?

OK, calm down. Deep breaths, calm oceans.
Where do you see him- in the street, at work, having coffee?
You need to find a non-threatening way to approach him. Preferably in public, so he won't feel cornered / stalked.

Oh, and be prepared- he may be married, or gay, or both.
