i'm 16 and i weigh about 148 lbs and am 5'7. i would really like to go down to about 125, though.

im 19, 190, 5'10 and body build. i would be happy to help you out. Being a teenager and eating in highschool can be a major problem, for one thing they do not sell any nutrional stuff, so your first lesson is stay away from your school's cafeteria, absolutle don't buy anything there except water. Do cardio at least 4x a week min for 20 -30 min. try this. 1 min on the treadmill you walk, the next minute you bring it to a jogging speed, and the next min you run, bring it back to walking speed and start over (this is an amazing fat burner). Space out your meals and stick to water. i promise you 3 weeks without pop and you will never want one again. try this out, my gf follows this plan sometimes, breakfast: Bagel with cottage cheese and crushed pineapple, lunch: chicken salad sandwhich with grapes, Pre workout meal(3-4 hours before you excercise) have a granola bar. After your workout have a protein shake, look a shake up on the internet there are tons. then for dinner have a half plate of pasta, with chicken and veggies. thats it for the day. my gf seems to enjoy it. Sometimes for her snack before bed she'll have cottage cheese with 1 tb of peanut butter, your body burns protein when you sleep so you should eat protein if you ever feel hungry before bed. and just make your own healthy lunches at home. hope this helps.

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body sculpting so getting leaner was my goal. Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Just cut back on your portion sizes, the palm of your hand is a portion size, and start exercising. Start off with a walk, and work in some weights, crunches. There are all kinds of diets out there, but what worked for me, to get me started losing, was protein for 2 days, and then just smaller portions, but a healthy diet, rich in veggies, fruits...

eat healthier. exercise portion control and get at least 45 minutes of exercise everyday. do a lot of cardio if you can.

DO MORE ACTIVE THINGS AND LESS EATING THAT WILL SPEED UP YOUR METABOLISM AND BURN OFF THE FAT.
