May I help you, even though I'm not Korean?

Even though I'm American, I have eaten Dog Meat previously, by mistake.

At the time I didn't know; I believed I was eating Beef. With my very first piece, I immediately knew it wasn't Beef, Pork, Horse, or Buffalo.

(Yes, I've also tried Horse and Buffalo)

I knew it was a taste I never tried before, but I also believed it tasted quite good.

Unfortunately, my previous mother in law didn't speak any English; it was almost one month before I learned exactly what I had eaten with my Chap-Jae (Korean Noodle dish)

It's a taste almost by itself; the closest it would come to would be Beef, but with a more "gamey," or wild, taste to it.
