A perfect human being would not fall to demonic pressure- not even from Satan's own tempting. Even with free will, he/she would stand strong and obey his/her God. And yet, they did eat the fruit from the garden, which show that they have weaknesses and therefore that they are not perfect.

Now, my question is this: why would a perfect god create IMPERFECT HUMAN BEINGS? If he is omnipotent, he would know that that alone would bring much destruction and chaos...

I believe that God has a reason for everything he does.He created Adam and Eve and they could think for themselves. They had a perfect life but temptation was set before them and Eve was beguiled by the serpent,Satan and Adam liked what he saw so he sinned willingly.God made us with a free will. There is a reason for all this from the beginning it was to build to a climatic end,Why is a good question.Because in this great creation there is something more that we have yet to reach. This is just the begining, the new Heaven and Earth will be the true revelation of what we were created for, when the scales are removed from our eyes and for the first time we can see clearly all of Gods creations.

Pretty: The reason is this. God made man of flesh and blood, therefore, subject to sin and death. God did this intentionally, and that is why He allowed Satan - a very astute Arch Angel, a "fallen"one at that, to het to Eve then, Adam. God's objective in all of this is to allow humans to experience life with free moral agency, to come to see their own, human nature - their proclivity towards sin. It was all planned out prior to the earth being created. Remember; the first humans were created perfect ( sin-free ), and BECAME imperfect when they both decided to accept the big lie from Satan and to reject God as their Devine Father. Yes; God foreknew the potential for both, destruction and chaos would be a reality; therefore, He made a promise for Jesus Christ to conquer Satan, as ruler of the earth and to make allowance for sin and its redemption. since God made humans, He knows what is within them but Him only knowing this is not enough. People have to arrive at the point of this realization, within his or her understanding about themselves and come to God for a relationship. Sad to say, the human race will have to experience very tragic consequences. When Jesus Christ returns to this earth, He then, will straighten the mess out the earth is in then, offer every human ever, born - in their particular time and turn, a shot at having a relationship with God the Father, through Him. In the end, we ALL WIN.

Well, there is no answer to that because it never happened. The whole Bible is a scam. A group of old men found a way to control a vast majority of people by bringing the fear of GOD. If you actually read the bible you will find a great number of inconsistencies and gaps in the story. Believing the story of Adam and Eve is like believing Mary and Joseph never consummated their marriage.

The stock answer is that God allowed free will, for some reason, and part of that is the freedom to sin/fail.

The slightly more thought out version is that God has some inscrutable reason for evil to exist, probably to allow free will. Basically identical to the first, but it acknowledges that the reasons don't make sense.

I've been trying to get a variation on this question answered for quite a while, good luck.

Question really become what responsibility do any of us have in this from Adam and Eve right down to you and me? Was it God that made the wrong choice? I don't think so.

Yet it is so much easier to find a way to point the finger of blame at someone else. Is it not easier to blame God because we chose to do wrong? And why not, if you blame God and yet you don't believe in him then that takes away all the responsibility from us doesn't it?

Chaos is what we bring on ourselves and we are just too lazy to stand up and say its our own fault. Could that be selfishness? Does give one something to think about.

And this to is something to think about.

Are you a good person? What a question, most of us believe that we are good people because we can look around and find someone that is far worse than we are. We can always point to the things that we think make us a good person.

But how good are we really? Dare we take this test and look at ourselves and see if we really are good? Hmmm.

If you are willing try this and see just how good a person you are.

The Good Person Test.

How will you do? Pass or fail?

Have you ever told a lie?
Doesn't matter how big or small, just a lie.
What does that make you? Before answering think about this, if I told you a lie what would you call me? A liar?

Have you ever stolen anything? Cost doesn't matter, a piece of gum, failed to give back an ink pen that you borrowed, anything.
What does that make you?

Jesus said, "You know the saying of old, you shall not commit adultery but I say that if look at someone to lust after them you have committed adultery in your heart.
Have you ever lusted?

Jesus said that hate is equal to murder.
Have you ever hated anyone?

See one day we all are going to stand before a Holy God on Judgment Day and he is going to judge us based on His Holy Law, the Ten Commandments. These are just 4 of them and how did you do? Guilty? I have broken all of these and more, what about you? How well will you do on Judgment Day?

If we break just one point of God's Law we are guilty of breaking all the law and Gods Wrath abides upon us all. Based on God's Law we are all guilty and all are deserving of punishment. But there is an out for us.

Jesus paid the price for each one of us, took on himself God's Wrath so we wouldn't have to face it on our own. Jesus was beaten, battered, bleed and died so we wouldn't have to face God's Wrath. He rose again so that we would life in his presence. Our crimes, His payment.

The real question is where will you stand on Judgment Day. Pay yourself or have it paid for you. Think about it.

Lets do it this way Im god what fun would it be to creat a perfect world where everything works out just peachy? Do you think your relationship with your partner would be exciting if they did everything the way you wanted, or what would life be without those little ooopppssies like spilling coffee on your shirt before work. I personally think God planned it so that each individual was just that an individual, givin the responsiblitly of doing with their life what they wanted. It is up to us to do with it as we want, lets just hope that we do it the way he likes.

Alright let's put it this way. Lets say some parents wanted their kid to be perfect. Let's say they COULD have. And they did. They created the perfect kid. The kid that does what they want, when they want, and did everything right. But would that kid really have a life? Would that kid actually experience love and joy and would that kid actually make decisions for themselves? His/her whole life would be based on what other people want, and they would never experience what life really is. In other words, this kid's free will would have been completely sapped from him/her.

Lets imagine that EVERY parent could do this, and every parent did. Every kid would be the same, every kid would be perfect, and probably not develop their own individuality. It'd be as if all the human beings were simply robots, without their own experiences, thoughts, and feelings.

God could have done this. But he didn't, because he loves us, and he let us have free will and make our own decisions. He gave us the ability to live.

I challenge your definition of perfection. You see, we humans have created the concept of perfection. This to us means not making mistakes, being without fault (fault being another human concept). Now, do animals have morality? I don't think so, they simply exist, subject to their surroundings.
Now, what if I argue that nature is perfect because there are no mistakes, no places where nature goes oops. Things happen and the wildlife adjust, or don't. That is perfection, just being. Our ability to change our environment gives us the ability to not simply exist but to exert influence over things, and as we go about making changes we question whiether they are for better or for worse.

The funny thing is, whether we die or not, nature in general will move on...were we mistakes of God's creation...I don't think so, we simply were....

Much chaos, or much harmony. God created us to be free thinking and acting humans, not robots. He is not asking us to be perfect, but to do the best with our lives with the talents that he gave us

God is perfect, man was created with an ability to choose, which makes him fallible.

God created Adam in His own image, but God did not care to create a robot that just did as God told him.

If Adam were perfect in the sense that he could not be deceived, then God would have created another God.
