Actually, to some extent that is true because airplane cabin air is extremely dry and it dehydrates you. If you travel frequently and do not drink plenty of water, you will become dehydrated; do this long enough and your skin will lose some of its elasticity, which does make you look older. But it is easily remedied by simply drinking a lot of water. And you have to fly a LOT before it becomes an issue in the first place!

Yes. Since all air ages people, lol. But I don't think it ages people more than normal, no. It's pressurized, and relatively clean- there would be no reason for faster aging. Maybe the stress due to all the enhanced security results in faster aging though!

If you travel internationally a lot, you can get jet lagged, and you can loose sleep, and get stressed out. When people are tired and stressed all the time, they will age faster.

Rhat is a totaly not true. But you become sick more often when you fly.

i have never heard that, but i figure it can make you tired due to less oxygen in the air..
